Every day
Kilometres and miles, splits and elevation, recorded from GPS and checked on the server.
Live pace, splits and elapsed time, spoken out loud if you want them.
Recorded offline and kept in one place. Apple Health and Health Connect import too.
Replay a week, a year or five years of running on one map.
Everything after this page is optional.
Train
Follow a plan that builds you up run by run. It tells you what to run each day, and a voice takes you through the session — warm up, intervals, cool down, halfway, last one.

Starting from nothing. Five minutes walking, then one minute of running, six times — and nine weeks later, 5K.

You can cover 5K already. This doubles it without wrecking you on the way.

Hold a target pace with a voice in your ear telling you when you have drifted.

Or just press GONo plan needed. A free run still counts toward every challenge you are in.
Stories
A season is a plan with a plot. Each session is one episode: characters played by real voice actors talk to you as you run, the week ends on a cliffhanger, and the only way to hear what happens next is to go out again.
Episodes
Cues land on the run: at the start, at each interval, at halfway, on the last one.
Your call
Pick your companion and your route through the season. What you do on the run decides what you hear.
Survive the Zombies
Interval training with a reason to sprint. Get caught and it takes a life.
The Ten Minute Escape
Short episodes for the days you nearly did not go out at all.
Voice-acted. Headphones recommended.

Distance challenges
No loops needed. The shape of your route is irrelevant — run, walk or ride and the kilometres and miles go straight onto the board.
Teams
Share a team code or an invite link. Invite one person and it is a duel; invite twenty and it is a war.
Sponsored events
Same rules, same map — prizes and terms shown up front, before you join.
Example · Illustrated standings
| # | Team | Held | Net |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Ridgeway AC — you | 4.82 km² / 1.86 mi² | +0.61 |
| 2 | Northside Pack | 3.10 km² / 1.20 mi² | −0.22 |
| 3 | Canal Runners | 2.44 km² / 0.94 mi² | +0.18 |
| 4 | The Early Shift | 1.87 km² / 0.72 mi² | +0.40 |
| 5 | Hill Club | 0.96 km² / 0.37 mi² | −0.55 |
Whoever holds most on the final day wins. Defending counts as much as capturing. Every figure is shown in km² and mi².
Step 1 · Pick the gameGround for loops and area, Distance for kilometres anywhere, or a Campaign board. The app tells you what each one needs.
Draw the boundaryTap a centre, set a radius, and that is the pitch. Everything inside it is in play.
Then it runs itselfWho is in, how it scores and how long is left — on every board, all the way to the final day.
Zone battle · Optional

Finish where you started and every square metre inside the shape becomes yours, in your colour.

When a rival closes a loop over your ground, that overlap changes hands. You get a notification — and you can run it straight back.

Zone by zone, a neighbourhood becomes a board. Losing everything is never the end — there is always a way back in.
World Conquest
A campaign puts a whole board in play. Your runs push on one city at a time — 5 km / 3.1 mi takes the next one — and the map shows who holds what. Alone, or with friends on the same board.
Europe, the USA, or the whole world — nine cities to fifty states.
Nobody around

Pacer
A pacer moves at the speed you choose. The recorder shows how far ahead or behind you are, so you always know where you stand.

AI zombies
Turn the pacer into a zombie and it comes after you. Let it catch you and it takes a life — outrunning it is the only way to stop the bleeding.
All of this is in the app. None of it needs a challenge, a team or a code to start.
